How soon will I feel the benefits?
You can start to feel the benefits quite quickly, particularly with the unique stretches. From 1 week to 12 weeks. However, each person is individual and so are our bodies so it can take some longer/shorter than others. Like any exercise programme you have to do it regularly to make a difference.
What will membership give me?
Once you have signed up, you will get access to the unique Pelvic Floor Club workout and we will send you your product pack. We will also give you regular top tips, the chance to chat to an expert to help you with any difficulties. We are also working on new exercise programmes for you so you won’t get bored.
How easy are the exercises?
The exercise clips are short and bite –size for maximum impact. To start with, getting into a routine to do them is important and as you strengthen it gets easier. Once you have the basics then you can pick and mix what you do, you don’t have to do the same workout each time.
Can I do this exercise progamme if I have pelvic pain?
If you have continual pelvic pain then consult a medical professional and get it checked out.
Can this programme help me with lower back pain?
Yes, by working your muscles through the Pelvic Floor Club programme you can help tight and weak lower back muscles.
How does the Pelvic Floor Club Progamme help my core?
Your Pelvic Floor is an important part of your core. The Pelvic Floor muscles work with the abdominal and back muscles. Our exercise programme works all these muscles, so you not only strengthen your Pelvic Floor but it also helps you to build a stronger core.
Why is my Pelvic Floor weak?
Your Pelvic Floor can be weakened because of many reasons such as pregnancy, trauma, surgery, age, menopause or it can be genetic. Modern living also doesn’t help you, we tend to sit for long periods of time and this can contribute to weakening your Pelvic Floor that can result in tight muscles that don’t work as we need them to.
How confidential is the storage of my details?
The privacy and security of our members is of utmost importance to us. If you purchase by credit card, we will not store your details. We will also never share your details with third parties, other than for delivering any of our products.
Can I do these exercises when pregnant?
Please consult a medical professional before embarking upon the Pelvic Floor Club Programme. Being sure that it’s safe for your pregnancy is an individual thing.
How soon can I do these exercises after pregnancy?
Medical advice is the best route to start with as everyone has a different birth experience. Most would wait until the 6 week check before starting, but if you have rectus diastasis then you will have to address this first.
